Production Of Two (2) Fruits And Vegetables Smoothies

1. Pumpkins Leaves And apple 🍏 smoothies: 

100 grams blanched pumpkins leaves.

250 grams red apple.

50 grams dates.

150 grams skim milk.

Procedure

  • Clean all working place and cooking utensils. 
  • Clean and sort all ingredients.
  • Cut apples into smaller pieces.
  • Blanch the pumpkin leaves.
  • Soak dates in clean water to soft, mix the ingredients together into a blender and blend to smooth constituency.
  • Add milk 🥛 to it and blend again until well blended and form a paste like texture.
  • Serve chilly cold or normal depending on individual choice.

  • 25grams dates.
  • 150 grams skim milk grams.

  • Peel the watermelon and cut into pieces but don't remove the seeds.
  • Peel banana and cuts to pieces.
  • Cut cabbage into pieces.
  • Soak dates to soft and remove seeds.
  • Pour all into a blender and blend to smooth constituency.
  • Add the the milk to the mixture and blend again until well blended and form a paste like texture.
