Production Of Two Types Of Smoothies And Their Health Benefits

Banana, pawpaw and groundnut with yoghurt smoothie:

  • 200grams banana 🍌.
  • 200grams ripe pawpaw.
  • 3 tablespoons honey 🍯.
  • 50 grams roasted unsalted groundnut.

Procedure:

  • Clean all working place and cooking utensils.
  • Clean sort out all ingredients.
  • Peel pawpaw and cut into pieces.
  • Peel banana and cut into  pieces.
  • Remove husk from groundnut after roasted with out salt.
  • Pour all into a blender end blend to smooth constituency.
  • Add honey to taste then add the yoghurt and blend again until well blended.
  • Serve chilly cold or normal depending on individual choice.
