  • 6 tablespoons glucose powder. 
  • Mixed thoroughly and package for an active Sport person.

  • 3 cups grapes juice. 
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup date syrup.
  • Mixed thoroughly and package for an active Sport person.

  • 2 medium size banana.
  • 4 dates.
  • 1 cup water. 
  • Blend thoroughly and mix well, package for an active Sport person.
