Day one: 


Breakfast (moringa tea with boiled sweet potatoes and egg white in tomatoes sauce): 

  • 1and 1/2 moringa leaves green tea.
  • 1 tablespoon date  paste.
  • 3 small sizes of unpeeled boiled sweet potatoes.
  • 1 cup tomatoes sauce.
  • 2 egg white.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil. 



Mid breakfast (local millet balls and skim milk):

  • 1 cup of skim milk 🥛.
  • 1/2 cup whole grains millet balls (fura).
  • 2 tablespoons honey 🍯. 


Lunch (rice 🍚 and beans and onions 🧅 sauce with herring fish 🐟):

  • 1 and 1/2 beans.
  • 1/2 cup rice.
  • 3 oz herring fish 🐟.
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes paste.
  • 1 cup onions  paste (sauce).
  • 1cup cabbage.
  • 1/4 cup carrots (coleslow).



Mid lunch: (whole apples):

  • 2 small size red apples. 




Dinner (acha porridge with crayfish):

  • 2 cups of boiled acha (Hungary rice).
  • 1 cup pumpkins leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon fermented   locust beans( dadawa).
  • 1 tablespoon crayfish power.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes paste.
  • 1/2 spoon. 



Bedtime (whole avocado):

  • 1 medium size avocado.

Breakfast (finger millet Tamba pap and white moimoi with onions sauce):

  • 2 cups whlole grain fingemillet pap.
  • 3 small moulds of white moimoi.
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper 🌶️.
  • 1/4 tomatoes paste.
  • 1/2 cup onions paste.
  • 2 tablespoon honey.



MID.Breakfast (garden egg):

  • 1 medium size garden egg, 1/2 cup unsalted cashew



Lunch (sweet potatoes amala and ogbono (wild mango) soup):

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes amala.
  • 1 cup mixed ogbono soup with.
  • 1 teaspoon fermented locust beans ( dadawa).
  • 1 teaspoon pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 3oz fish 🐟 (herring fish).
  • 1 tablespoon crayfish power.
  • 1/2 cup bitter leaves. 



Mid lunch: (mix fruits and vegetables salad):

  • 1 cup watermelon.
  • 1/2 cup cucumber 🥒.
  • 1 cup orange juice.


Dinner: (moringa leaves salad with fish):

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cooked moringa leaves.
  • 2 oz sardine fish.
  • 1/2 slice fresh ripe tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup onions.
  • 1/2 grounded unsalted groundnut flakes(kulikuli powder).



Bedtime: 1 cup fat free yoghurt.
