Production Of Lemongrass, Ginger and Cloves Tea:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lemongrass powder.
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves.
Procedure:
- clean all working surfaces and cooking utensils.

- 2 tablespoons mints leaves powder.
- 1 tablespoon morning leaves powder.
- 1 teaspoon ginger.

- add in all ingredients and cover to boil for another 5 to 7 minutes.
- Seive to get clear liquid using smooth muslin cloth.

Cloves, Ginger and Garlic Tea:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cloves.
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Procedure:

- sieve with a clean muslin cloth to get clear liquid.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons roasted Ghana seed powder.
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder.

- add in the ingredients and cover to boil for 5 minutes.
- Sieve with a clean muslin cloth to get clear liquid.

Sweet Potatoes, Ginger and Garlic Drinks.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams sweet potatoes.
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Procedure:
- clean all working surfaces and cooking utensils.
- pour in 10 cups of water in a cooking pot and allow to boil.
- add in the already washed unpeeled sweet potatoes and cover to cook.
- add more water if the water is drying out in order to get the required liquid.
- add in the garlic and ginger powder and cover to cook.
- Check if the potatoes is soft .
- remove potatoes from pot.
- sieve liquid using smooth muslin cloth to get clear liquid.
- Serve hot to get satisfy and feel warm.
- sweetener is optional since the potatoes can produce a very sweet taste that can be used as sweetener to other beverages or drinks.
