Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cooked beef liver.
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweet potatoes.
  • 1 cup bell pepper.
  • 1 cup onions.
  • 1/2 cup green peas.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon grounded garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper. 


Procedure

  • Clean all working surfaces and cooking utensils.
  • pour in 5 cups of water in a cooking pot and allow to boil.
  • add in the liver and half the onions.
  • add the potatoes and peas cover to cook for 3 minutes.
  • add in the bell pepper and olive oil.
  • add in the garlic and ginger powder.
  • cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes all other spices like salt depends on individuals choices and conditions.

Serve hot to get satisfy and feel warm.

  • 1/2 cup green beans.
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper 🌶️.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder.

Procedure

  • Clean all working surfaces, utensils and ingredients. 
  • Pour in 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and allow to boil.
  • add the green beans.
  • onions and bell pepper allow to cook for 1 minute.
  • add in the ginger powder and garlic.
  • add the olive oil.
  • stir and allow to cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Other spices depends on individuals choices.

  • 1 cup bell pepper 🌶️. 
  • 1 cup onions 🧅.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1/2 cup shredded skinless chicken breast. 

Procedure: clean all working surfaces and cooking utensils.

  • pour in 4 cups of water in a cooking pot and allow to boil.
  • add the chicken breast.
  • add 1/2 of the onions and cover to cook for 2 minutes.
  • add the carrots 🥕, bell pepper and olive oil and cover to cook for 2 minutes. 
  • add the remaining onions and cover to cook for another 3 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon onions.
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper.


Procedure

  • add in the olive oil and stir for another one minutes.
  • add a cup of water and cover to boil.
